Everybody likes to have people available who can help them. Our Patient Success Team and our local clinicians use KnightCare, a software suite which helps us to provide you with personalized care as a valued patient. From telephone and email support to face to face appointments, we work together to address your concerns quickly.
We have experience working with patients on PAP therapy, including sleep education, device and mask troubleshooting.
We monitor your treatment so that if you need us we will have the data that we need at our fingertips.
We provide help to get you into the office should a face to face appointment be needed (for example, patient re-education, mask refit, card download, or equipment troubleshooting).
We work with the GoodNight Medical Resupply Team to make sure that you receive the supplies you need.
We make sure that your doctor’s office has the information that they need for your follow up appointments.
