It can all be done in these THREE simple steps:
1. Contact our call center toll-free during business hours at 1-877-753-3742 or submit this online form, and we will contact you. We will work with your current doctor and/or insurance to get the necessary paperwork filed and help you choose your new CPAP machine.
2. We will mail your new machine to you, along with return packaging and shipping for you to send your old machine to us upon receipt.
3. Send us your old machine. Once we receive it, we will credit $100 towards your copay bill.
