When To Replace Supplies

Replace your Cushion/Pillow when it:

  • Cracks
  • Rips
  • Becomes discolored
  • Is not sealing well 

We recommend that you replace your cushion/ pillow once or twice a month.

Why so frequently?

The oils from your face as well as the cleaning products you use to clean your mask begin to breakdown the cushion/ pillow.

**Don’t use cleaners that contain alcohol or antibacterial ingredients. We recommend a mild soap or baby shampoo.

Replace your Headgear when it:

  • Becomes stretched out

WARNING: Do not tighten your straps just to keep a seal. This in turn starts to leave marks on your face causing headaches or even breakdown of skin

We recommend replacing your headgear every 6 months

Replace your Mask Frame when it:

  • Cracks
  • Breaks
  • Pieces come loose
  • Clogged exhalation ports, due to and one way valves

We recommended replacing  your mask every 3 months

Replace your Tubing when it:

  • Cracks
  • Rips
  • Becomes discolored
  • Becomes moldy or mildew appears

**Remember, tubing may look clean but the humidity from your machine is being pushed through the tube every night, which increases the chances of mold and mildew moving in.

We recommend replacing your tubing once every 3 months

Replace your Water Chamber when it:

  • Cracks
  • Breaks
  • Becomes discolored

We recommend that you wash out your filter 3-4 times a week and change the water daily.

When cleaning, we suggest you clean out the entire chamber. (Some chambers are dishwasher safe.)

**Make sure to use distilled water to avoid white residue and/or corrosion caused by tap water
